The exteriors are beautiful: step outside and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the terrace. The terrace is furnished with a table and seats. If you are very active you will for sure enjoy the tennis court and basketball court that you will find right behind the house. There is also a table tennis to spend summer afternoons playing with family and friends. There are rackets and balls available. There are 6.000 m2 of land with lots of almond trees, orange trees, etc. There is one direct neighbor and a few others which are situated in the surroundings. The one-storey house counts with a spacious living area where you can spend your time reading a good book, watching satellite television or just take a nap.
