Positive: The apt has all the stuff..in kitchen..in bedroom..in bathroom....very clean..host is always available for any questions or help...many places close to apt within 15min walking distance

Negative: As I am traveling first time to Venice I found difficult in getting location...but it's one time..later I found out..there is close water bus service in 5min walk and all places are close to it...

Summary: Great apt..value for money...
