Situated in the village of Sampford Courtenay, close to Okehampton, Langdale Barn is a spacious and contemporary property, suited to a couple, small family or group wanting to explore the Dartmoor National Park, as well as being within easy reach of North Devon's heritage coastline. Parking is available on the driveway at the side of the property, and you can enter through the patio door into the bright, contemporary open-plan living room. The kitchen has sleek cream units, wooden worktops and a range of handy appliances, including a fridge/freezer, cooker and dishwasher, as well as ample preparation and storage space to cook up delicious meals that can be enjoyed together at the dining table, before moving into the sitting room to relax on the sofa, firing up the woodburner and enjoying one of the provided board games, books or watching a film on the TV, while admiring the unique features of the space, including a large picnic basket-style table and exposed stone wall. Head north towards the coast and discover the historic port town of Bideford, with its heritage railway centre and Big Sheep family amusement park, as well Westward Ho! with its lovely sandy beach, backed by the Northam Burrows Country Park, and from here, walkers can join the South West Coast Path in either direction to enjoy some incredible coastal scenery.
