This immaculately presented, detached cottage set in the grounds of Wold Cottage and is set in open countryside, with rear views over the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds. Adjoining the Wolds Way, it is perfectly placed for an active family holiday, be it walking, touring or enjoying the nearby seaside resort of Filey. With all ground floor accommodation, inside there is a tasteful open plan living area, with large french doors throwing in plenty of light. There is a well equipped modern kitchen, a dining area overlooking the garden and comfortable sofas with a cosy woodburning stove to relax by in the cooler months. Both bedrooms are stylishly furnished with their own en-suites, avoiding queues in the morning! Outside, the expansive lawned garden affords privacy in quiet corners if preferred and where you can enjoy a drink in the sunshine and panoramic vistas. Nearby Hunmanby is a traditional and charming Wolds village, with a good selection of independent shops, pubs and eateries, whilst the popular coastal town of Filey is just a few minutes drive.
