On entering the property there is a vestibule, ideal for storing muddy walking books and wet coats. The property has a fully equipped farmhouse style kitchen and diner with views looking out towards the Cairgorm National Park. Plus there is a utility room with a washer/dryer for guests to use during their stay. There is a separate spacious living room with comfy leather seats, perfect for guests to kick back, relax and watch a movie on during the evenings. The property sleeps six guests in three light filled bedrooms. The master is a double with ample storage space and views overlooking the front garden. There is a second twin bedroom with a dresser, and a single with an optional pull out bed stored underneath. The bungalow has a modern family bathroom with a bath and an additional shower room, accessed via the utility. Outside, the property is surrounded by countryside and boasts an expansive enclosed garden with furniture, ideal for guests to enjoy family dinners outside and for children to let off some energy. Plus, there is plenty of off road parking at the front of the property for three cars. The property is located in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park in Scotland, ideal for enthusiastic hikers and adventurers. The popular Aviemore is situated just fourteen miles from the property with plenty of attractions for guests to enjoy.
