Enjoy the small but sheltered sand-and-pebble beach, or walk to Llandudno's South Shore beach and the majestic Great Orme limestone headland beyond. In the other direction you can walk (or cycle) off-road to the UNESCO world heritage site of Conwy town, with its spectacular castle and three-quarters-of-a-mile long town walI If you don't fancy cooking - no problem! There are French, Chinese and Indian restaurants within strolling distance and a very smooth wine bar that attracts an older, discerning clientele. Want more? The exclusive Quay Hotel and Spa boasts an indoor pool, bar, restaurant and lots of wonderful spa treatments.
Sitting room - Large, bright and airy sitting room with huge windows allowing the light to flood in. Flatscreen TV, DVD player, underfloor heating and comfortable seating for all guests on squishy leather sofas. Glass doors out onto the balcony with stunning views of the Snowdonia mountain range, the sea and Anglesey and Puffin island beyond.
Kitchen / dining - Modern, sleek & stylish kitchen with gorgeous bright pretty florals at the windows which give it a fresh, crisp clean feel. Well equipped kitchen with electric cooker & hob, fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler and boiling water tap. The dining area has seating for 6 people. The stunning balcony is accessed from the kitchen.
Bedrooms - Three beautifully decorated, spacious bedrooms. One with king sized bed, one with twin singles, one with zip and link twin singles that can be made up as a double if requested - all with underfloor heating, large flatscreen TV's and en-suite bathrooms. The 'master' double bedroom also has a lovely dressing room, with steps up to a rather stunning bathroom. The master bedroom also overlooks the estuary. Please note that there are four steps to the landing of the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.
Bathrooms - Three en-suite shower rooms, wiith shower, loo, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. Please note there are four steps up to the bathroom in the master bedroom.
Outside - Large balcony with glass balustrades & furniture so you can enjoy watching the glorious sunsets over The Great Orme and Puffin Island. Please be aware that the apartment does not include use of the gardens.
