This is a small but charming home, located on the west side of Pensacola. Just 10 minutes from downtown, a 25 minute drive to the beach, and close to a variety of shops and restaurants. When you step inside, you'll likely get the feeling that you're in a cozy cabin in the woods. The home is on a large lot with giant mature trees surrounding it on a pretty quiet street. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining, and a lovely screened in patio to enjoy!
The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the additional bedroom has a twin bed with a pull out trundle as well. There is a dining table for two, a fully stocked kitchen with more than just the basics, a laundry area, and all the outdoor space you could want. We also have a grill if you'd like to enjoy BBQ'ing! We provide wifi, and a smart TV as well.
Guests can reach me by phone/text/airbnb app anytime day or night. We like to give guests their space/privacy but are nearby if needed.
This neighborhood is older, but fairly quiet. There are a variety of homes, and this home sits on a large lot. There is pretty limited traffic, and you'll enjoy the feel of privacy while still being close to many things Pensacola has to offer.
We would recommend having a vehicle, but lyft/uber are also available.
We do start every stay with essentials like 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and hand soap. But after the initial supply has been used, it is up to the guest to replenish on their own. This is due to the differing lengths of stay. Please be aware we do NOT provide shampoo/conditioner/laundry soap.
***Note: We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags, hand soap for each sink, a bar of soap, and enough laundry detergent to do 1-2 loads of laundry, dish soap and dishwasher pods, and one roll of paper towels. If more supplies are needed, it is up to the guest to obtain those for their stay!
