It’s situated on over an acre of wooded property located just 10 minutes away from Spicer and New London and 11 minutes away from Willmar. Swenson Lake is a small, quiet 108 sq. acre lake with only 2 miles of shoreline. A dock with 150 ft. of private lakeshore is ready for you to cast for northern pike, walleye and sunfish. Jump in the lake, tie up your boat or take the kayaks and paddle board around the serene lake. When winter arrives, hop on the trails with your snowmobile or do some icefishing.
Kitchen/Dining/Living rooms have amazing lake views to watch the sunset. Kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking and entertainment needs. Cozy up on the couch to watch a movie. Build a fire in the wood-burning stove for those chilly mornings and evenings. Play board games, cards or do a puzzle on the dining table for 4.
