In the shade of the patio we also find an outdoor table with chairs, essential to enjoy an outdoor breakfast in the morning or to relax in the evening for dinner. Obviously there is also an outdoor shower. A private parking space also belongs to the house. The small shrub tree visible in the photo on the side of the patio is no longer present.

In the property there is a basement with completely independent access from the house, which is used by the owners. The Stella house with relevant garden has no parts and areas in common with the aforementioned basement.
