Positive: Well-located apartment within 10 minutes of train station and supermarkets. Has all the typical items one would expect, and in addition also has a lot of extension cords (really surprisingly useful) and a dryer that actually works well (quite rare in Europe).

Negative: Lack of a freezer unit in refrigerator was a little awkward.
