The Space:

This stunning home features light-filled interior with louvred windows throughout to capture the beautiful ocean breezes and sound of the waves rolling in. Polished concrete floors and wool carpet throughout.
The open plan kitchen serves as the hub of the home, overlooking the indoor and outdoor living/dining areas; perfect for entertaining family after a day at the beach. Fully equipped with modern appliances including gas cooking with a huge stove top, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee plunger! All basic condiments such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, paper towels, etc. are all provided!
The living area has a 55inch HD Smart TV, with all the main streaming apps & built in chromecast. Various smart home devices throughout with easily listening to music via Spotify. Board games and children's books from ages 2-10+. Reverse cycle air-conditioning is in the master bedroom and living room areas.
Wi-Fi (NBN) with fast internet speeds of up to 50mbps.
Four great sized bedrooms all with built in robes, the main is located upstairs and includes an ensuite and private balcony. All linen for bedding & bathroom is provided and included in the cleaning fee.

The Neighborhood:
This stunning home is conveniently located only 100m from restaurants, cafes, a butcher, a bakery, and mini-supermarket and a bottle shop.
The entrance to the patrolled surf beach is only 300m away which is located near Dicky Beach Park which includes a skate park, playground, BBQ facilities and public toilets. A great place to have a few drinks and nibbles whilst watching the sun go down.
Dicky Beach Surf Life Saving Club is a great place for a meal or drink and is only 350m (3-4 mins walk) away.
Thanks to the wonderful Sunshine Coast Coastal Pathway, there are pedestrian and bicycle paths heading both south to Moffat Beach and north to Lake Currumundi and beyond.
Currumundi Lake is a flat ride or walk (approx. 2km) and perfect for kids due to its flat and shallow waters. It is also a great place to fish, kayak and stand-up paddleboards which can be hired on the beachfront.
There are a number of on-leash and off-leash beaches within a short walk away and a off-leash dog park just 200m away. Most of the cafes are pet friendly and the property is fully fenced so now there is no reason to leave your furry family members behind when you go on holidays.
Getting Around:
Walk, ride, drive, bus, uber.. the choice is yours! Plenty of public transport available and lots of beautiful paths and tracks for walking or riding.
Regular buses go to Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast University Hospital and Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre.
