Around the farmhouse there is a large, well-kept garden of approximately 800 sqmt, enriched by various species of trees for shade, including firs, pines, cypresses, entirely fenced with natural hedges and wire mesh. In the part of the garden behind the apartments you can access, via a pedestrian gate, the rectangular in-ground swimming pool measuring 12x6 meters with a depth varying from 0.90 to 2.40 metres.
