Summary: I found a cockroach in the silverware drawer before checking out. When I let the front desk employee know he simply said: ok I’ll let management know. I think at least an apology would be appropriate. The carpet in front of our door was stained and frayed. The whole place seemed like it needed a deep clean. The bed was comfortable. The pool/hot tub, although weirdly in the basement, was ok to spend some time in.
