Incredible location! In the heart of Old Town- adjacent to downtown Traverse City- this sharp, one bedroom, one bathroom condo offers comfort, convenience and proximity to everything. It's a perfect space to call home-base in any season. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry, smart TV for streaming only. Everything you need, nothing you don't.
Free parking in the small rear lot is 1st come 1st serve. + one free parking garage space.
ALL guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The Space:
One king bed in the bedroom and the pull-out sofa is a queen.
This unit is on the 1st floor, but there are a few stairs to reach the door. There is no elevator.
The Smart TV has streaming capabilities ONLY. So, you'll have access to your own streaming service accounts while on property. (Sorry, no cable TV.)
This condo is 850 square feet.

OLD TOWN GARAGE- Location-125 East Eighth Street. (this is the closest garage to your unit.)
Please be sure to follow any posted signage to avoid being towed or fined.
EV charger: In the parking garages you can use the EV chargers located throughout.

A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $49 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $500. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.
