Positive: Amazing location with monkeys at breakfast

Negative: Building works going on either side of the property and it’s really not pleasant walking back at night time. Right at the end of the village. Apparently the jaguar visited here. No storage so suitcases on the floor. Very small room for four people. Shower was terrible. Tortuguero beach was awful - plastic and rubbish everywhere. In the village too.

Summary: Hostel style great - wildlife at breakfast - not a lot else
