Welcome to Carlton Oasis! A cozy bungalow at the center of wine country and just a few blocks away from Carlton's adorable main street lined with farm-to-table restaurants, wineries, and souvenir shops.
The home is designed for warm friends and family gatherings around its fully stocked gourmet kitchen which acts as the centerpiece of the home. Adjacent to the kitchen is a custom dining booth built out of a wine barrel and reclaimed wood for a rustic but modern feel. The living room features a fireplace and plenty of games to keep everyone entertained in the evenings. There is also a double-shooter basketball game located in the garage to add to the fun.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed plus trundle, perfect for kids and teens. There is also a desk set up in the 2nd bedroom for remote workers. The primary bathroom features a deep jacuzzi tub, double vanity sinks, and a view into the zen backyard garden.
