Positive: Property is in great location, super clean, the owner waited for hours, we came from Rome-Florence and got a car but car service took about 3 hrs. To obtain ,( Which we don’t have any control) hence the wait . No AC but fan was provided. Wish they have a lock box cause if we didn’t arrive at certain hours he can’t wait. The place was spacious. Check out time 0800-1000 really early, nowhere in the world check out that early and we overslept since we got in late. Wish we stayed longer , the neighborhood is right at the piazza and neighbors are quite pleasant and few feet away is a great restaurant with great service. Overall owner is very pleasant.
Negative: The anxiety about having exact time to check in and someone waiting , esp in Italy that everything takes sooooo longggg. Unlike where we’re from to get a car - you walk in and few minutes voila! it’s there. Suggestions better to have a lock box so you don’t have to wait. I don’t know what would happen if we arrive few minutes more when you’re gone.
