Positive: The heart and soul of this property is Gianna. She has a superhuman ability to make people feel at ease and know exactly what they need and when. She is super pro-active and values knowing and understanding the guests coming to her home. It is newly renovated and has all the amenities one could think of and wish for e.g. Beach-Umbrellas, Seats, towels, toys for kids, washing machine etc. Everything was there and available. Once she knew we came with three kids she even bought a new beach ball for my oldest so he could enjoy the beach more. The location of the house is super convenient for beach and shopping. All the restaurants and ice parlors are just a 3 minute stroll away. Amazing and awesome. Let me just finish by saying that Gianna is the heart and soul of this place and her interpretation of hospitality is beyond what one could reasonably expect. My kids fell in love with her after three minutes. She is one in a million and we will for sure spent many more years visiting and enjoying her place.
