Positive: It was a very short getaway with my family, but I have lots of comments: 1. Cleanliness: Everything was very clean, the rooms, bathroom, dishes, etc. Nothing smelled weird and it was very well taken care. 2. Service: The concierge was very kind, responsive, proactive, and biased for action. At some point we ran out of gas, which she immediately solved for us and also offered a pool clean out of regular schedule due to some rain in the area. We even asked for late check out which was reviewed by their team and later approved in a very client first manner. They let us stay some extra time but got themselves a forever client for each time we go to ST. 3. Value: The house is maybe 200mts away from the beach and we literally walked all the time, it was very easy to get in and also to check out. The rooms were very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped and everything was wonderful. TLDR: Great stay, great service, and an awesome stay.
Negative: 1. Pool: It's a reduced pool space, which is shown in the pictures, but make sure to consider this if you are traveling with kids or 4+ people. 2. Animals: There's animals due to the location itself, but would be great to have an OFF or RAID can in the place. These are thing we typically don't travel with so would be helpful as added value. Of course the host can't control animals besides fumigation. 3. Garage: This is not a negative aspect, but more of a heads up for anyone traveling with 1+ car. The place only has 1 parking space, so if you are a family of 5 traveling in 2 cars, make sure to plan ahead and be aware that the other car will need to be parked by the street. It's a safe place, but still not on private property.
Summary: Great stay, great service, and an awesome stay.
