Positive: Located on top of a hill with breath taking views, including glorious sunsets, we enjoyed the odd breeze which served to make it very pleasant to sit outside. The house itself is spacious and very well equipped, and the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, resulting in the perfect night’s rest. Plenty of choice of supermarkets in nearby towns and villages (short drive by car) to keep you stocked up on supplies. Florence, Siena and Arezzo are all very accessible. The hosts were very discreet however on hand should the need arise. We had a perfect stay in Casa Colonica.
Summary: Perfect stay in the most charming accommodation in an idyllic setting. Highly recommended!
