Positive: The house is beautiful and very well equipped, like a home away from home. It is located very close to 2 supermarkets and it is within walking distance of the town centre. Guadix is a lovely town to visit and the local people are very friendly.
Negative: There was only one small issue, the house is beside one of the busiest builder provider companies in the area and there is a lot of noise during the day, forklifts, trucks, constant activity. This disrupts the sense of peace and quiet when you’re sitting outside reading during the day or enjoying your morning coffee. At night, however, the atmosphere feels far more tranquil, peaceful, and private.
