The apartment, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator, opens onto the large fully-equipped kitchen with a table with stools, a dishwasher, an espresso coffee machine, an oven, a kettle, a microwave, a juicer and a toaster. Past the kitchen, guests will find the living room furnished with a dining table, a bookcase, a cabinet with TV, an armchair and a double sofa bed, and finally a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a dresser and a closet. A spacious bathroom with shower completes the layout.
