Casa Josephina is located on the outskirts of the village of Quelfes, between Moncarapacho and Olhão. This spacious villa has a generous living/dining room with an open fireplace. Adjacent to it is a large, modern kitchen/diner. On the ground floor is one bedroom with a bathroom en-suite. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. From the roof terrace you'll have a magnificent view in the direction of the sea. The entire house can be centrally heated. All rooms have air conditioning.
The private plot of land is entirely fenced and offers complete privacy. The large swimming pool with sun terraces is in the centre of the garden.
