Casa Lara is located 1 km from the small village of Montagnano and about 8 km from Monte San Savino in the province of Arezzo. This accomodation is the ideal destination for a couple or two people who wish to spend their holiday relaxing in the middle of the Tuscan countryside and visiting the top destinations of Tuscany and Umbria such as: Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano, Cortona, Pienza, Montalcino, Castiglion del Lago, Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio and many others.
Casa Lara is equipped with air conditioning hot / cold (to be paid separately on-site according to consumption) that will to ensure a pleasant vacation in summer and winter. The owners have also paid special attention to furnishings in a modern style to ensure guests all the comforts of modern living during their stay in the countryside of Arezzo.
IINTERIOR
Studio of 48 m2 situated on the ground floor. It is accessible through the main entrance located under the large portico of the villa and from the rear with direct access to the kitchen and the living/sleeping room.
The interior is a large open room composed by a fully equipped modern kitchen, table and chairs, living area with double sofa bed and the sleeping area with double bed (that can be separated by a curtain). There is a small bathroom with shower.
Both the kitchen and the living area are equipped with large french-door.

The beautiful swimming pool , open the whole year, is situated in a quiet and sunny position just a few meters from Casa Lara and measures 6 x 12 m / Depth: from 1.10 to 1,70 m.
The use of the pool is shared with the owners who perfectly know how to be discreet and helpful with their guests. They are furthermore in charge of the maintenance and cleaning of the pool and garden.
NOTE: The owners have a cat and a cute dog named "Aron " (medium/large size) very gentle and polite that can sometimes greet guests during their stay at Casa Lara.
THE PRICE INCLUDES: linen changed weekly, n°.2 pool towels, water, electricity, gas for cooking, internet Wi-Fi, use of garden and swimming pool.
