Positive: Property has a great location close to shops, restaurants and not too far from the beach. Beds were comfortable. Farther of the host and his wife were really friendly.
Negative: We arrived at 16.00 which was the time we agreed with the host for check in. There was no one at the property and it was locked so we couldn't get in. Host didn't answer my calls and didn't reply to my messages. We've been trying to contact them for nearly 2 hours. We had out 2 year old daughter with us and luckily our friends took us in and tried to help. Our friend managed to get hold of someone who knows the host and they finally answered and arranged for their father to come to the property and give us the keys. The host's father who let us in told us the check out is 9am which was a surprise because when we booked it it was meant to be between 10am and 12am. It was just an additional pressure to our stay. At the end we stayed till 10am with no issues. We asked for a cot for our little one, they said they can provide an extra bed which we said was fine, but when we got there the bed was not made up (it was folded up in the corridor) and we had to put it together ourselves, move the furniture round and sort out the bedding. Accommodation was quite basic, and noisy at night with cars passing by until 3am which made it difficult to fall asleep. It's a shame we had such a bad experience because the farther of the host and his wife were really friendly and very nice. But it was just too much hassle for 1 night stay.
