Summary: We stayed here for 3 nights because it was one of the highest rated resorts in the puerto plata area. The grounds are nice but that was the only good thing to say. We aren’t very picky but this resort is was in terrible condition. The first room was dirty, old and had a terrible smell. The tv was super old and tiny and didn’t work. The slider door was broken and toilet didn’t flush. They did agree to change our room and that one was only slightly better. Customer service was not good. Food in the restaurants and buffet was horrible. Felt somewhat safe with all the security had some nice views
