Access is via an outdoor staircase up to the front door, which opens onto the first-floor living space. The apartment sleeps 4 people and is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style. The open-plan living area is flooded with sunlight thanks to several windows and French windows which lead out to a private balcony on the south face, and a private garden on the north. A café-style table and chairs on the balcony invite guests to relax outside with a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Back inside, the seating area is furnished with a leather sofa, armchairs and a flat-screen TV. The dining table for 6 people, is next to the French windows and also an open fireplace.
