Positive: The location was perfect as it was just far away but close enough to the hustle and bustle of the city. The size of the apartment was great for a family of 4 with two grown up kids ,especially 2 bathrooms and the 2 single beds. A classic apartment in the heart of Eixample with an awesome Restaurants ,bakery ,ice cream and supermarkets close by , just so convenient. Owner communication was quick and so kind to let us use the apartment for a bit longer as we had a late departure ,Thank you.

Negative: We loved everything and could get by but need to make owner aware that this place would be perfect if they would update Living room couch and seating, Kitchen appliances, TV and get rid of all the old . So just saying , needs an update "upgrade". But that's my view.

Summary: Awesome ,I would stay here again.
