Positive: The apartment is situated right at the old town, very close to Quatro Canti and other tourist sights. It is a small, but nice and very functional place, that offers great comfort even for a family with two kids. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom as well, there is a fully functional kitchen if you may need it. The host was super friendly, although we had to wait a but for the check in. I highly recommend Casa Nicozza for your stay in Palermo 🙂

Negative: The small street felt a bit dangerous when we arrived at dark, but it turned out it was a typical Palermo old city street with great location.
