Summary: The property is in an excellent location. It is a gated single family home in front of the beach. Always feels safe and protected and if you have children. There is lots of room to play and run. We loved it, except for the fact that you have to pay an extra $30 per day for using the air conditioning in the living area. Bedroom air conditioning is included. Also, for the price this property is being rented, they need to invest renovating the kitchen - cabinets are in really bad condition. Lastly, it is difficult to get food, so you may need to cook or go out to eat.
