Ideal for a relaxing getaway or a fun-filled adventure in Texas!
The primary bedroom has a king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with soaking tub. Bedroom 2 has a full-sized bunk bed with twin-sized top bunk. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have full sized beds. The living area is open concept between the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The living room has a large oversized couch with smart TV and beautiful wood burning fireplace.
This is a quiet neighborhood on large lots with custom homes. People are kind but keep to themselves. Per HOA Guidelines, the community amenities (I.e. pool, playground, clubhouse) are NOT included the rental of the house. The reservation only grants access to the house; the neighborhood amenities are strictly for residents.
