Positive: What a great place this turned out to be. Super spacious, new and sparkling clean, beautiful view over the water, nicely stocked kitchen. The security guys were nice and the woman there during the day was incredibly kind and helpful. She cooked a delicious breakfast each day (included in the price) and was always available if I needed anything. Best value place I stayed at in Nicaragua.
