Summary: The driveway is pretty steep. Apparently CRV doesnt have enough clearance. So access is by foot uphill on the driveway or theres a side step (~25steps). Once you get upstair, its pretty serene. The downside is this house is higher than the neighbours so we get the smokey smell from next door’s chimney. The house itself is pretty clean, apart from spider webs in several corners around the house. The house is broken into 3 separate sections. It involves 2 sets of stairs from the main entrance to the bedroom (not including the long steps from where we parked the car. The pool was not serviced, eventhough its winter my 8yo son wanted to dip his legs but unfortunately there were too many dead insects and leaves. We were a party of 8adults and 2children. By 6pm, we wind down and take turns to shower. After 2adults showered, there were no more hot water left. We thought the hot water will come back after 1-2hours. But we waited until midnight and there was still none. So all of us remaining had to shower with cold water in the middle of winter, including our 2yo and 8yo kids. The next day at around 5pm we tried again and there were no more hot water after 2people showered. We called the property manager but unfortunately she couldnt do anything since it was a public holiday. So we all showered with cold water yet again. No follow up from the agencies and nothing was done to compensate for our uncomfortable stay. Regardless of how nice and clean the house is, it was ruined by one simple thing. Hot water is basic necessity of life during winter and keep our hygiene. Even this, they failed to provide.
