Positive: The place is very nice, very quiet, surrounded by nature. The houses are equipped enough to prepare a light meal. The pool area has a beautiful view, so that's a nice extra.
Negative: It was unclear whether the couple's bed would be in the living room. So, having the sink outside the bathroom, next to the bed, next to the dining table, in an open kitchen, turned that room into a bedroom/living room/dining room/washing room. If you are sharing the place with another couple, it's neither comfortable nor private at all.
Summary: Beautiful and calm place, perfect for a long weekend.
