Cedar Hammock is a gated golf community, with a recently renovated private 18 hole championship golf course. It is located 1 mile from I-75 and forty minutes from Fort Myers Airport. Beautiful downtown Naples, with its wonderful restaurants and upscale shopping is only fifteen minutes away. The white sandy beaches of Marco Island and Bonita Springs are also a short distance from the condo.
At the clubhouse, you can enjoy fine and casual dining, the main pool with bar and spa, and fitness center. The community has 4 neighborhood pools, including one that is a just a few minutes walk from the condo.
Our Brookside unit is located on the second floor, which offers beautiful views of the lagoon and golf course from the lanai. This condo is very private and is located close to the elevator.
Some of our recent updates include, new granite countertops and cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms, all new stainless steel kitchen appliances and painting throughout the condo.
This fully furnished unit features a master suite with a king size bed, walk in closet, and private bath with a walk in shower. The master bedroom was recently renovated with new furniture, mattress, and Martha Stewart bedding and a flat screen TV. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, private bath with tub/shower, and all new bedding.
The large living room, which is adjacent to the screened in lanai, has leather seating, with a 55 inch flat screen TV. A fully equipped kitchen allows for at home dining in the breakfast nook area, kitchen counter with barstools, dining area or the lanai. There is a new washing machine and dryer located in the unit.
There are many Publix Supermarkets located in the shopping malls near the condo. There are also a couple of specialty markets, Fresh Market and Oakes Farm, where you can purchase prepared foods. After a day on the golf course or a day at the beach, it is so wonderful to enjoy a relaxing dinner on the lanai.
