Summary: The check in process was very difficult leaving us worried that we might not actually have a place to stay. However, access to the building was resolved within 15 minutes. There needs to be a better explanation of how to use the Latch app and how this app works within the community (access to building/elevators/room) as it is not very intuitive. A better explanation on how the elevators work, where to park, and how to get to the building would also be helpful. The apartment itself was beautiful with amazing views of Broadway. Steps away from all the attractions of Broadway. The apartment was mostly clean other than a moldy shower liner. Otherwise the unit was clean and well maintained. It is VERY noisy at night from the action on Broadway (music usually until 3 am which you can hear in the bedroom). This is a great unit for folks wanting to go out on Broadway! Just know that the party will continue in your apartment!
