Very nice indoor condominium swimming pool (free) with showers and changing rooms (hair dryer) and sauna, table tennis closed from mid-April to 01. 07 and from early October until early December (same period every year). A perfect apartment also in summer thanks to the large terrace equipped with sun lounger, solar tent, dining table and charcoal barbeque with a splendid view of the lake, the mountains and the town. Comfortably furnished with a cozy and elegant living room with stone fireplace and large windows with shutters and blinds with exit to the terrace, a double bedroom and a small bedroom with French bed and two bathrooms, a double sink / bidet / WC and bath-shower, the other small bathroom with sink and toilet, hair dryer available ; open kitchen (9 sqm) with dishwasher, oven, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine for extra Nespresso capsules.
