Welcome to our bright, beautiful, spacious and CENTRALLY LOCATED private oasis with incredible patio, including lounge and outdoor dining/ seating.
We are just a 2 minute walk away from the grocery & liquor store & dozens of restaurants, boutique shops and only a quick 10 min bus or Uber to downtown Vancouver. Enjoy a baseball game at Nat Bailey stadium, do some shopping at the local farmers market, or take a stroll through the beautiful and scenic Queen Elizabeth Park, just a 5 min walk away.
900 square foot home plus private patio for your enjoyment all to yourselves. Living area for lounging, catching up on Netflix, Prime, Disney, relaxing and enjoying eachother's company. This one floor updated and clean suite has been tastefully decorated integrating the character and charm with modern finishes, with 2 private bedrooms and a full bathroom plus queen Murphy bed! Laundry is available for guests staying more than 5 days.
Other things to note
Host is a family of four with two boys (5 & 7 yrs old). We live upstairs. We cannot promise the house will be silent at all times. We use our backyard a lot in spring and summer, So you might see us back there however your suite patio is on the opposite side so we do not share outside space. We also provide lots of window coverings so you have privacy.
We welcome all, especially other families!
A parking spot will be provided for guests with cars directly to the left of the house. Please let us know if you require that spot.
