This newly renovated, waterfront condo has all the amenities you need for a longer stay. There are water views from all rooms and the location can't be beat. This condo is located about 10 minutes to downtown St. Pete, 15-20 minutes to all the St. Pete beaches, right next to the skyway bridge and Bradenton plus Sarasota. The condo is close to elevators and has easy contact-free access. The community pool has amazing views of the bay and skyway bridge- why not swim with a view? Its a peaceful, well located, and beautifully renovated location for your family, friends and/or guests.
We are looking for guests who want stays with a minimum of 30 days. Per our condo association rules, a background check and interview is required.
