Our home is a perfect getaway for a family vacation, bachelorette weekend, or a romantic getaway! Located just 11 miles from Disneyworld, this 3 bed/2 bath has a private pool and is fully stocked with all the amenities for easy vacation comfort. The kitchen and living room are spacious and bright, and the back patio pool also includes a Traeger grill for the ultimate outdoor experience. We hope our home can be your perfect space to make memories in sunny Florida for whatever you're celebrating!
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood just 11 miles from Disneyworld, in a small town called Davenport. We are equidistant from Celebration and Haines City, FL with easy access to local shopping and dining. We are 5 mins from shopping center Posner Park, which features a Target, BJs, Starbucks, Panera, Ulta, Ross, and many others!
Bedroom #1 is a King size memory foam bed with large closet, 2 dressers, and TV with Firestick. The en-suite bathroom features a standing shower, plus a private entrance to the pool.
Bedroom #2 is a Full size bed with closet, dresser, and TV with Firestick.
Bedroom #3 is a Twin size bed with closet, cubbies, and TV with Firestick.
Bathroom #2 is a full bath/shower plus sink with undercabinet storage and a large closet.
Private west facing swimming pool overlooking retention area. Our pool is heated! Only one side has neighbors; the other opens up to a landscaping area and is lovely at sunset.
The patio includes a seating area plus a Traeger smoker/grill for the ultimate relaxation experience. We do also have both a pool alarm and a pool safety fence for families with little ones.
There is free WI-FI throughout the home and the pool area.
Cozy Family room with large flat screen TV. Our TV is equipped with Firestick and includes all the major streaming services. Feel free to enjoy your favorite shows and movies via streaming platforms during your stay.
Modern and fully equipped kitchen with breakfast seating area. Kitchen also includes appliances such as stove, microwave, air fryer, crockpot, instant pot, and normal pots and pans. We also include all plateware, glassware, and cutlery.
Full-size washer and dryer inside the garage.
Ceiling fans in the family room, all bedrooms and the outdoor covered lanai.
There are Exterior Security Cameras present- One door bell camera monitoring the front door and one exterior security cameras monitoring the driveway.
Parking is available in the single car garage, the driveway, or anywhere on the street in the neighborhood.
