Located on a corner lot on the border of Shoreline and Edmonds. Close to hiking (less than 1 mi S), Richmond Beach (less than 1 mi. W) and downtown Edmonds with restaurants, bars, access to ferry, & more. Minutes to downtown Edmonds, Richmond Beach Saltwater Park, Aurora, & I-5. We're surrounded by nature, yet close to downtown Seattle (25-30 min.) There are 2 working spaces, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room with large windows. This has a working gas fireplace and W/D accessible. The space is cozy and inviting! Please only long term stays (1 mo or longer). This is a basement unit, which we live above with our 2 rescue pups Jameson and Rye, who you may hear from time to time. The entrance to your unit is separate and located on the side of the house through a locked gate, with parking for 2. You'll have access to the laundry room which is just outside of your door. You'll also have access to the fully fenced side yard, including a couch and awning for coverage when it rains, as well as a picnic table to the side of the couch. In addition, feel free to peruse the little library outside of the gate where you will enter.
We are happy to be as hands on or off as you'd like and provide any recommendations! We are also pet friendly. WOOF! A little about us - My wife and I are creative professional's that moved to the greater Seattle area during the pandemic. We've loved getting to know the area! We enjoy taking in the nature at nearby Richmond Beach, hiking, creating art, and love finding a good restaurant or dive bar (there are many close by!) My wife and I are easygoing and LGBTQ+ friendly, we identify as queer.
