Summary: Two couples stayed in January 2025. This is a very quiet part of St. Martin. We enjoyed our stay. Our host was very responsive and responded immediately when we had questions. Check in and out was easy. Grocery stores and restaurants were very close. The property had an upstairs room that was spacious. The downstairs room had a small bed so if you need a bigger bed this may not work for you. The kitchen had everything we needed and we made many meals here. Groceries are fresh and inexpensive. The beach at this property is quite rocky but it is beautiful. The property could use some TLC but overall is a good value for the money! We do recommend renting a car so you can enjoy the island.
