The space
One of the few bungalows in Durham City this spacious 3 bedroomed property boasts off-road parking for up to 3 cars. You don’t need to use your car during your stay as the walk into Durham is about 20 mins or you can get the bus directly in front of the house. There is a Co-op supermarket, a bakers and a cash-machine within 2 mins walk and a parade of shops at Framwellgate moor only 5 mins walk away where you can also find a local pub and a number of take-aways.
This delightful, three-bedroom dormer bungalow welcomes a family, friends, or even sharing couples for a relaxing, fuss-free stay in one of the UK's most historic cities.
Once inside, be greeted by an array of warm, welcoming living spaces, full of light.
To the right there is a living room with comfy sofas as well as a TV in case you just want to relax after a day of sightseeing.
On your left at the front of the house is a twin bedroom with plenty of space to store your possessions and any purchases you have made during your stay, off the hall find the cloakroom to leave your coats and outdoor shoes.
Follow on along the hall and you will come to the ground floor bathroom straight ahead, a double bedroom to your right and finally the kitchen. A door from the kitchen leads up the stairs to the third bedroom, a shower room with toilet and washbasin and a walk in closet. The bedroom contains 2 single beds, and should you need to work or study during your holiday, a large desk.
The dining kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble drier for your use.
