You will have direct waterfront access to dock your boat/jet ski, swim, fish or simply chill on this peaceful constant level lake. Start your day with coffee on the dock watching the sunrise and end your day with your favorite libation and a beautiful sunset. Enjoy the large backyard with plenty of room for play, yard games, swinging or just sitting.

The 3 bedroom/2 bath cabin comfortably sleeps 8-10 and sits on a half acre of land directly at the water's edge. Enjoy the large, flat backyard with plenty of room for play, yard games and simply relaxing.
Imagine sipping coffee and watching the sun rise over the lake on the large deck or in the adirondacks on the dock. As the sun sets, you might still be there, but perhaps with a different beverage of choice. There are several outdoor dining areas on either the large patio or directly on the water.
Fish, swim, kayak or paddle board directly off our dock. The property is in a cove in a no wake zone so the water is always calm with the main lake just around the bend. Launch your boat at nearby Inks Lake State Park and tie up directly in front of the cabin on our large dock. Our driveway has ample room for trailer parking.
Whether you enjoy fishing, water sports or just floating, Inks Lake has it all. Or, relax with a good book, enjoy the amazing view of water fowl and take in the natural beauty of the lake. You will especially enjoy fishing and boating on this lake as there is less boat traffic than neighboring Lake Buchanan and LBJ.
Inside the cabin, you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, living area, and dining room.

Clear Creek Cabin is located right in the heart of The Highland Lakes with plenty to see and do!
Nearby attractions include Inks Lake State Park with amazing hiking and the infamous Devils Water Hole when you need to cool off. The old 29 bridge provides a picturesque walk across the lake, complete with a swing as an added bonus. Enjoy some history in nearby Longhorn Caverns State Park and for more hiking and beautiful Texas Hill Country views, Enchanted Rock State Park is only 45 minutes away. Or, if cycling is more your speed, Spider Mountain is just down the road. Enjoy the Vanishing Texas River Cruise to see waterfalls, nesting eagles and other wildlife. Fly fish the Llano River for Guadalupe Bass. For the golfers, there are plenty of golf courses within a short distance.
Shopping and restaurants are nearby in Burnet, Marble Falls and Kingsland. Enjoy nearby wineries - Torr Na Lochs, Perissos and Wedding Oaks - plus several craft breweries-Save the World, Bear King and Double Horn Brewing. Plan easy day trips to Fredericksburg, San Antonio and other charming Hill Country towns.
2 kayaks and 2 SUPs are also available to guests plus lots of yard and board games to enjoy. A boat ramp and watercraft/toy rental are available at nearby Inks Lake State Park.
Guests will have access to entire cabin excluding the garage. Note that guests do not have access to the hosts’ motorized watercraft.
We require renters to be a minimum age of 25. While we love animals, pets are not allowed. We appreciate your understanding.
While we have beds for 8 adults, we can accommodate 10 adults with the sleeper sofa in the living room. Please note there is an additional $25/night charge for each adult guest over 8.
