Adorable Carriage House retreat or temporary corporate housing in a beautiful, safe, quiet, central Fort Collins neighborhood. Close to everything Fort Collins has to offer, yet far enough from the raucous of downtown to retreat and sleep in peace. Newly remodeled with hickory hardwood floors throughout, barn doors and classic details. This two bedroom abode offers one queen memory foam bed and one twin bed with a pull out trundle bed. There is also a queen sofa bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress. This apartment is 600 square feet. It can sleep 6 but it will be cozy.
Fully stocked with fresh linens and essential kitchen items. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience. Complete with a/c and wifi. There is a dedicated parking space and private entrance. Spring Creek trail is literally steps away. There is a park with a playground for kids just down the street. Grocery store, coffee shops, gas station and banks are within walking distance and Fort Collins new artisan village, Jessup Farms is within biking distance. We recommend checking out The Farmhouse farm to table restaurant, bring the kids and feed the chickens! Bindle Coffee and the Barrel House Brewery are definitely worth checking out.

Summary: Great little apartment that was perfect for myself, my wife and our 18 year old son. We were visiting our daughter for Thanksgiving. The apartment is cozy with very nice finishes and all space is used very effectively. It is walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops. The owners are very friendly and very attentive. We will be back.
