My spacious creekside abode is eager to welcome you! This beautiful 1,450 sq. ft. space is perfect for traveling nurses, tourists, corporate folks, or a tranquil getaway. Separate wings for ultimate privacy. Situated on over half an acre overlooking the Conewago Creek.
A fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air-conditioning, along with a gorgeous deck in the backyard where you can hang out, bbq, sit by the creek or the gazebo to enjoy the fire pit.
The lofty living room is available for your enjoyment. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the indoor remote control fireplace. This spacious living space is one of the coziest places imaginable, furnished with a luxurious sectional couch, oversized beanbag, Ugg branded pillows + throw rug, a 55' Smart TV with all the apps, a dimmable smart sconces and a great sound system. The loft upstairs is great for meditation or yoga!
The master bedroom includes a Smart TV with all the apps, a Smart Home Speaker, closet space, and a view of the gazebo + Conewago Creek. The Novafoam queen bed, Tempur-Pedic pillows, and blackout blinds will make your sleep heavenly. Depending on the season, I will provide flannel or Egyptian cotton sheets. The spacious master bathroom has a new custom walk-in rain shower, ample closet + shelving space, a vanity overlooking the gazebo and Conewago Creek, along with access from the bedroom and living room.
The second bedroom is part of its own private wing, and has a private entrance from the back deck. This room includes a 50" Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime, Paramount+, along with Showtime, and a Smart Home Mini speaker. For convenience, a bedside power socket includes USB and USB-C charging ports. The Novafoam queen bed, Tempur-Pedic pillows, and blackout blinds will make your sleep heavenly. Depending on the season, I will provide flannel or Egyptian cotton sheets. Additionally, your wing has access to its own washer and dryer, a private full bathroom with a gorgeous vanity and a view of the back deck + gazebo.
On hot summer days take advantage of the backyard, with entrance to the creek where you can cool off, do some fishing, or simply pitch your kayak into the water for a beautiful float down to the Susquehanna River. The brand new 5-burner propane grill is available, along with an outdoor dining table set. Catch a breeze and listen to the birds under the shaded gazebo. Alternatively, enjoy some iced tea on the front porch rocking chairs overlooking the tranquil meadow. I have two amazing kayaks and two new bikes that are available for your use, along with yoga mats and light weights.
