This home sits a few blocks inland of Maine Route 1, in a tranquil, family-friendly neighborhood that's wonderful for walking, running, and riding bikes. You'll be a few minutes' drive from the picturesque harbors of Rockport (two miles) and Camden (three miles), both of which are home to some of the best restaurants in Maine. Spend winter days skiing and summer days mountain biking at Camden Snow Bowl (three miles), board windjammer cruises from one of the harbors, and go hiking in Camden Hills State Park (five miles) for a panoramic view of the coast.
You'll delight in the setting of this house, from the lush trees that provide shade and privacy to the lovely backyard with ample space for games. Tend to the flower garden if the mood strikes you, sear fresh local seafood on the gas grill out back, and gather each evening for s'mores around the firepit.
Inside, the house is calm and uncluttered. The open living space brings together a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a sitting room with a comfortable sofa.
