We are a young family with 2 children under 5, so you can imagine the love that comes with this space.
It's been 2 years since we've settled into this house and with our arrival came a lot of work to turn it into a home. You aren't falling upon a landlord flip here; you've truly found yourself your home away from home.
Removing all of our personal goods, we leave basically everything at your disposal! You'll have access to everything you'll possibly need to prepare and serve delicious meals, enjoy a family movie night, board games galore (adults and family!), and toys and art supplies for families with children.
We have worked tirelessly to turn our backyard into a convivial and inviting space and we hope that you make use of it and enjoy it as much as possible
Our home may be in a wonderfully calm neighbourhood but it happens to be located next to two corner stores, and is within a 1.5km radius of many grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants.
Our home is similarly situated beside multiple different bus lines that connect directly to subway stations Henri Bourassa and Cote Vertu for anyone that takes public transportation.
We love taking the picturesque bike ride along the water by boulevard Gouin, made efficient with a Bixi stop just a block away! You have the calm of the neighbourhood, all the while being extremely well connected in terms of highways for anyone that prefers to drive.
I always remain available to be contacted and in case of emergencies, we are always available to appear in person.
To sum it all up, you won't regret your choice to come here -- it's really our little paradise on the island.
