Enjoy a stay at this charming early 1900's Farmhouse on Flathead Lake. An original homestead with upgrades throughout the years, this property has amazing views of the lake and surrounding mountains. A 10 minute walk takes you down to the privately shared lake frontage and dock in the friendly, quaint town of Dayton, MT. *New backyard path to paddleboard/kayak launch coming summer 2025.* Whether you’re looking to enjoy the lake, visit Glacier Park, hike or ski Blacktail Mountain Ski Area or just need some R&R, the Farmhouse provides a relaxing stay.
Take in the views and relax on the front porch or spacious backyard. There are lots of deer, eagles, osprey, and birds of all kinds around to entertain you throughout your stay. Enjoy access to the lake and dock. The lake frontage and dock are shared with any guests staying on the property but not open to the public.
The house has a bedroom on the ground floor with a queen bed next to the full bathroom. Upstairs is a 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a 3rd bedroom with a full bed, twin bed, and desk. Each bedroom has its own ac unit/space heater depending on the time of year. There is a wood stove in the living room for added heat and comfort as well.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything for the basic cooking needs including coffee. There is no dishwasher yet. As we continue to customize the home, more amenities will be upgraded along the way.
Starlink Wifi is now available! There is 1 smart TV in the living room with a dvd player and hdmi Input.
Next door is The Lake House, also available on Airbnb. As well as Flathead Lake RV Park and Venue with 33 RV Sites with power and water hookup for family and friends to come along. This would be great for multiple families wanting to stay on the same property, book a wedding or event or just enjoy the space to yourself.
A few blocks down the road you’ll find the awesome local restaurant, The Chuck Wagon Bar and Grill. We are a short distance to Lakeside or Polson for grocery, gas, restaurants, boat rentals/tours or any other activities or services you may need during your stay.
