Summary: I gave accuracy of listing a 3. In the origi al listing stated,"events were allowed and must end by 7pm" it also listed a capacity of 20 peoe and did not say anything about advanced approval of any gathering. I picked this location because of this feature. As the rest of the homes in The Sac area wodnt allow any gatherings. In conversation with the owner after check in i mentioned a few members of my family were coming over the next day. I was told advanced approval for this was needed and that durring holidays they charge for these events. I mentioned the above, why i choose this property and how none of that info was disclosed in the posting and should have been. I would have looked elsewhere. The owner did make it right and allowed the gathering after all. Overall great place and would stay again if the opportunity presented itself
